Wulkan sirkhaz, male, kazakh, was born on March 12, 1984 in changji city, xinjiang to a kazakh intellectual family. In 2003, he graduated from the oil painting major of the fine arts department of xinjiang changji university, and in 2009, he graduated from the oil painting major of the national art institute of the republic of kazakhstan, guganov. Since the age of four, Wulkan sirkhaz has studied painting art with his father sirkhaz bayjuma, a painter. In China, he studied under cui jicheng, liu shengju, wang guode and other famous artists. In kazakhstan, he studied with famous artists such as kanapia ospanov, kanapia tiryoganov, alibai kaletai babanov, khailanbayev jumakon, treuganov talihati and sulaimaniov tolekin. Wulkan inherited his professional skills and good ability of art appreciation, and inherits the writer mother thirstily to form good habit of reading and thinking, and successively from han, kazakh, Russian minority teachers to learn the professional knowledge, and their attitude towards life and art steady persistent pursuit, and then to learn, like one to live, to seek, to create. In 2003, he immigrated to kazakhstan and became a naturalized kazakh citizen. In 2007, he participated in the national oil exhibition of young artists of kazakhstan and won the second prize. In August 2014 and October 2014, kazakhstan state television and xinjiang branch of China news service interviewed Wulkan sirkhaz and filmed a special film Since 2008, his works have been selected into various domestic exhibitions and won awards or been collected. He has participated in various exhibitions in Japan, Germany, Malaysia, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, dubai and other places, and won praise. In September 2014, I visited and exchanged with relevant art colleges and universities in Turkey and Russia. Wulkan sirkhaz has now moved to almaty, kazakhstan, and runs his own gallery specializing in oil painting. In 2015, he opened not only father and son gallery, but also an antique collection shop.
