斯尔哈孜·巴依居马，男，哈萨克族，1957年6月出生于新疆阜康天池脚下的一个牧民之家。1978年7月毕业于新疆艺术学校油画专业班。1990年7月毕业于新疆艺术学院油画系，先后从师于哈孜·艾买提、列阳、杨鸣山、刘开基、克里木·纳斯尔丁等著名美术家。 斯尔哈孜从1978年开始从事油画创作，油画作品曾在自治区、州各类画展中获得一、二、三等奖，并参加全国少数民族美术家油画展，在美术理论和实践中积累了一定的经验。他现在是中国新疆美术家协会会员、昌吉回族自治州美术家协会理事。主要专业成绩如下： 1984年至1988年，在自治州文联主办的文学期刊《博格达》担任美术编辑。并为自治区文化厅编纂的《新疆少数民族舞蹈集成》绘制500余张插图。 1985年以来，多次在儿童文学杂志《雏鹰》、自治区文联主办的文学期刊《曙光》、《新疆回族文学》杂志和《新疆日报》上发表油画、漫画和书法作品。 1989年以来，油画作品《生命的旋律》、《遥远的故乡》、《母亲》、《童年》、《阿肯对唱》、《回家》、《余辉》、《跋涉》等十几幅油画作品和书法作品在全国和自治区组织的各类油画展和书画展上获得一、二、三等奖。 新疆电视台、*********民广播电台、中央人民广播电台哈语部曾经多次以专题片和专题报道的形式介绍了他的油画作品。《新疆画报》曾经做专题介绍。 ***1年6月，在哈萨克斯坦举办个人画展，并受到哈萨克斯坦的首任总统纳扎尔巴耶夫的接见。 ***1年和***2年，哈萨克斯坦国家美术杂志《智慧》、国家民族文化杂志《金色的摇篮》曾经详细地介绍了他的油画作品。

From 1984 to 1988, he worked as art editor of boda, a literary journal sponsored by the federation of arts and culture of autonomous prefecture. More than 500 illustrations have been drawn for the integration of ethnic dances in xinjiang compiled by the department of culture of the autonomous region.
Since 1985, she has published oil paintings, cartoons and calligraphy works in children's literature magazine "young eagle", literature periodical "dawn", "xinjiang hui literature" and "xinjiang daily". Since 1989, more than a dozen oil paintings and calligraphy works, such as "melody of life", "distant hometown", "mother", "childhood", "akon duet", "coming home", "afterbrightness" and "trudging", have won first, second and third prizes in various oil and calligraphy exhibitions organized by the national and autonomous regions. The kazakh language department of xinjiang TV station, xinjiang people's radio station and central people's radio station have repeatedly introduced his oil paintings in the form of feature films and special reports. Xinjiang pictorial once made a special introduction. In June ***1, he held a one-man exhibition in kazakhstan and was received by kazakhstan's first President nazarbayev.
